It is important that you send a lunch for your child if you have not ordered for the first pizza session.

Overall, their residential program is a mix of academic pursuits, physical and recreational activities as well as social/emotional growth and development of each participant. All the programs  are totally integrated, thereby making the students’ residential stay a community of living and learning.

School Photo Day is Thursday, September 27th. If your child will not be here on that day, our Retake day is Tuesday, October 23. Plan on wearing your smiles!

We are proud to once again be participating in the Terry Fox School Run. Over the past 7 years, James W, Hill has raised $8712.20 for cancer research in Terry’s name. He set an example of courage and compassion as he ran across Canada to help those suffering from cancer. Now it’s our turn to make a difference! The Terry Fox Foundation has a great reputation, with $.82 of every dollar raised going directly to cancer research.

This field trip follows the grade 1 science curriculum on Living Things. Students will explore living things, growing cycles and changes in seasons.

Please take note that if you are picking up your children earlier than 3:05 pm, it is helpful to let your children’s teachers know as well as the office. That way we can coordinate our efforts in ensuring that your children are available for pick up, when you need them. Calls or drop ins after 2:45 pm are not recommended as students may not be in their homeroom classes and it takes time to track them down. Thank you for your help with this.
